Reheating and storing instructions

-Our selection of pies and pasties come completely cooked and only need reheating to be fully enjoyed. pasties will last 4-5 days in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in a sealed container in the freezer.

-The best way to reheat our product is in the oven. This will insure the pastry stays flaky and crisp.

-All heating instructions are for refrigerated product, if frozen add 8-10 minutes onto each cooking time

-If rehetaed All meat products must reach an internel tempratuere 165F. Times may very slightly depending on the oven.

-Traditional Pork Pie-

Serving suggestions 

Tractional Pork Pies are served cold or room temperature.

Serve cold sliced up with cold meats and cheeses, salad, mustard and pickles.

-'Proper' Meat pies-

Serving suggestions:

Enjoy by them selves as a snack or accompanied with a fresh salad or hot sides chips and gravy.

Reheating instructions

Preheat oven to 425F and bake uncovered in foil pie tin for 18-20 minutes 

-Cornish Pasties, Sheperds Pie Pasties, Scotch Eggs-

Serving suggestions:

Enjoy by themselves or accompanied with a fresh salad or hot sides. Pasties and scotch eggs are perfect on the go finger food and can be eaten hot or cold.

Preheat oven to 425F and bake uncovered for 18-20 minutes

-sausages rolls and cheese onion and potato pasties-

Enjoy as a quick on the go snack or accompany with salad or side. Both are perfect on the go foods and can be eaten hot or cold.

Preheat oven to 425F and bake uncovered for 8-10 minutes

Desserts

-Bakewell Tarts and Mince Pie-

Serving Suggestions:

Enjoy hot or room temperature with cream, ice cream or custard. 

microwave for 30 seconds or preheat oven to 350F and bake for 5 minutes. 

-'Proper'Scones and traditional Doughnuts-

Serving Suggestions:

Enjoy warmed up or room temperature by themselves or with a selection of your favorite jams, creams and your favorite beverage.

Leave at room temperature for one hour to defrost. 

Preheat oven at 350F and bake for 3-5 minutes or microwave for 20 seconds.
